Senior Marketing Manager at BairesDev We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across all channels. What You'll Do: - Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that span digital, content, events, and paid channels.- Lead campaign strategy and oversee execution from ideation through performance analysis.- Partner with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing programs with go-to-market priorities.- Manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across channels and initiatives.- Track and report on marketing performance metrics, drawing actionable insights to optimize programs.- Mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation. What we are looking for: - 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on integrated or multi-channel programs.- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, and paid media.- Experience managing marketing budgets and working with external agencies or vendors.- Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
