Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-channel marketing strategy across website, email, SMS, and personalized digital channels.

Translate business objectives into scalable, data-driven marketing programs.

Leverage advanced capabilities (including AI and personalization) to improve targeting and performance.

Intake, Planning & Program Management:

  • Lead intake and discovery processes to define requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  • Develop and execute structured marketing plans aligned to business and LOB goals.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and execution.

Segmentation, Personalization & Customer Strategy:

  • Own segmentation strategy across lines of business.
  • Partner with MarTech teams to design and deploy targeting frameworks.
  • Drive personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Support cross-sell and deepening of customer relationships across the bank.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Product Marketing and LOB stakeholders to translate business goals into marketing strategies.
  • Define KPIs and performance targets.
  • Develop test-and-learn agendas and optimization frameworks.
  • Collaborate with MarTech, Web, and Analytics teams for execution and optimization.
  • Support enterprise marketing initiatives and social/channel integration.

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

Monitor and evaluate campaign performance across channels.

Optimize targeting, messaging, and customer journeys using data and insights.

Recommend improvements to marketing programs based on performance analysis.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead and develop team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

Budget, Vendor & Operational Management

Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Oversee vendor relationships and evaluate performance and effectiveness.

Support execution of marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns across channels.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing cross-channel marketing programs.

Experience in financial services or regulated industries preferred.

Pay

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S.

Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location.
