Senior Marketing Manager, Amazon Digital Advertising
About the role
Drive programmatic advertising strategy and execution for Amazon’s internal marketing teams. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results that shape the future of advertising at Amazon.
You’ll leverage advanced platforms like Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and DV360 to execute data-driven campaigns that align with business goals and drive performance.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute programmatic media campaigns within Amazon DSP and other platforms, managing setup, budget allocation, and pacing to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and data insights to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues, ad serving errors, and reporting discrepancies to maintain campaign health
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including marketing teams, Supply, and Product partners to align media strategies with business objectives and drive continuous improvement
- Generate and present detailed performance reports and insights to communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
Preferred qualifications include experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting, a Bachelor's degree, and experience with Amazon DSP.

Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave. The base salary range for this position is $157,100.00 - $212,600.00 USD annually, and the package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
