Your Role
- Lead the planning and execution of small- to large-scale trade shows, customer conferences, executive events, and strategic marketing programs.
- Develop event strategies that align with organizational goals, revenue objectives, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Manage complex event portfolios with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the event lead for marquee events and strategic initiatives
- Develop and manage event budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, attendee experience, and return on investment.
- Develop and document best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for event strategy and execution.
- Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to define event objectives and success metrics.
- Present event strategies, budgets, and post-event analyses to leadership.
- Manage association relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze event performance metrics, attendee feedback, lead generation, and business impact.
- Develop recommendations to improve future event strategy and execution.
- Drive innovation through new event technologies, processes, and attendee engagement strategies.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of experience managing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and event marketing programs.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex events and managing substantial budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and travel up to 30% of the time, primarily on weekends, based on business needs.
