Your Role

  • Lead the planning and execution of small- to large-scale trade shows, customer conferences, executive events, and strategic marketing programs.
  • Develop event strategies that align with organizational goals, revenue objectives, customer engagement, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Manage complex event portfolios with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the event lead for marquee events and strategic initiatives
  • Develop and manage event budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with venues, suppliers, and partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, attendee experience, and return on investment.
  • Develop and document best practices, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for event strategy and execution.
  • Partner with executive leadership, sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to define event objectives and success metrics.
  • Present event strategies, budgets, and post-event analyses to leadership.
  • Manage association relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Analyze event performance metrics, attendee feedback, lead generation, and business impact.
  • Develop recommendations to improve future event strategy and execution.
  • Drive innovation through new event technologies, processes, and attendee engagement strategies.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of five years of experience managing corporate events, trade shows, conferences, and event marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex events and managing substantial budgets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and travel up to 30% of the time, primarily on weekends, based on business needs.
