About the Role

This position is responsible for planning, writing, implementing, and evaluating marketing plans that support corporate strategic initiatives. The Senior Marketing Business Partner collaborates with department colleagues, service line administrators, and clinical staff to develop and execute high-quality marketing strategies. This role requires basic graphic design skills, creativity, strong project and time management, and excellent written and verbal communication. The position is highly proficient in critical thinking, research, and plan writing, with expertise in marketing strategy, customer service, content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation, localization, analytics, and meaningful measurement.

Occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends may be required to participate in after-hours production work, events, or focus groups.

Responsibilities

  • Positively interact with departments and the organization to develop and implement small to large-scale marketing plans.
  • Adhere to system and department compliance policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain the highest level of marketing strategy, customer service, and satisfaction when working with internal and external colleagues.
  • Develop and write on-brand, consistent, and optimized content for offline, online, social media, email, mobile, video, print, and in-person channels.
  • Work with team members to maintain high standards in marketing strategy and customer service.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing strategies and find ways to achieve business and marketing objectives more efficiently, regularly communicating results to marketing management.
  • Define, evaluate, and develop success metrics for measuring marketing plans.
  • Compile data, analytics, and project milestones to report on success metrics.
  • Deepen customer relationships by creating communications that foster dialogue and provide richer experiences through robust customer journeys tailored to specific audiences.
  • Exercise independent judgment to prioritize and manage workflow, meet deadlines and budget targets, and handle multiple details with accuracy and timeliness.

This position does not provide patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field required. Proven experience in a related position may be exchanged for the degree.
  • Minimum five years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications; three years of healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience creating compelling messages for different target demographics.
  • Working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ability to complete online learning requirements, access online forms and policies, and complete online benefits enrollment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare Marketing Credentialing.
  • Google Analytics Certification.
