This is a remote position.Senior Marketing & Business Development Consultant We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, consultative sales, client acquisition, relationship management or commercially focused marketing. This role is suited to someone who has spent several years working with clients, developing new business, building relationships and contributing to business growth — not someone entering the workforce for the first time. You’ll work within the Personal Development and Leadership Education sector, using established systems and a structured process to connect with prospective clients and support business growth. The role is remote and offers flexibility for experienced professionals looking for an independent, performance-based structure that can be managed around existing commitments. Requirements 8+ years of professional experience Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, account management, marketing or relationship-based roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable conducting professional conversations with prospective clients Experience with consultative sales, prospecting or lead generation is advantageous Able to work independently and manage time effectively Commercially minded with an interest in personal and professional development Comfortable working within a performance-based structure Must be authorised to work in the USA or Canada This position is not suitable for students or those new to the workforce.
