Roles And Responsibilites
- Analyze guest data, competitive trends and performance metrics to inform menu, pricing, and promotional decisions
- Contribute to strategic recommendations that bring the Olive Garden experience to life through in-restaurant touchpoints (menus, merchandising, music, ambiance, plateware) and enhance the dine-in experience
- Build and manage project timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality execution of initiatives
- Monitor guest satisfaction and menu performance to identify opportunities for innovation and renovation
- Partner with Consumer Insights to plan and execute product and experience testing, analyze results and recommend next steps
- Partner with Operations and Training teams to ensure new initiatives are executable and clearly communicated in-restaurant
Required Technical Skills
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on time
- Strong knowledge and comfort with the use of computers, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
