Responsibilities
- Identity and prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis to inform member segments, product development, and personalization efforts
- Work with business partners and the Director of Strategic Insights to identify and prioritize projects with the greatest potential for impact
- Translate analysis results into business-oriented action items
- Communicate results to marketing and other business leaders
- Develop processes and methods for tracking impact of recommendations
- Serve as a 'data end user' SME to identify areas of improvement for data processes and systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or other quantitative field
- 3+ years in data analytics
- Proven ability to aggregate and synthesize larger data sets from multiple sources
- Working knowledge of Python, R, or other analytic language
- Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
- Familiarity with statistical and machine learning modeling algorithms
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply

Pay
The pay range for this position is between $71,600-116,550 annually.
