Responsibilities

  • Identity and prepare structured and unstructured data for analysis
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to inform member segments, product development, and personalization efforts
  • Work with business partners and the Director of Strategic Insights to identify and prioritize projects with the greatest potential for impact
  • Translate analysis results into business-oriented action items
  • Communicate results to marketing and other business leaders
  • Develop processes and methods for tracking impact of recommendations
  • Serve as a 'data end user' SME to identify areas of improvement for data processes and systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or other quantitative field
  • 3+ years in data analytics
  • Proven ability to aggregate and synthesize larger data sets from multiple sources
  • Working knowledge of Python, R, or other analytic language
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools
  • Familiarity with statistical and machine learning modeling algorithms
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply

Pay

The pay range for this position is between $71,600-116,550 annually.
