Senior Marketing Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. This role can be based in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA and requires 3+ days in office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze metrics across program performance, promotional pricing, channels, past campaigns and explore new business opportunities
• Deep dive into customer behavior and trends, generating insights that can lead to deeper customer relationships
• Maintain, improve, and develop dashboards for key performance indicators, while also monitoring and understanding changes in key metrics
• Ideate/ design new experiments and present recommendations

Requirements

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or related area
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong background in AI-assisted SQL
• Experience doing data analysis with Python or R is a plus

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The starting base salary range for this position is typically $132,000-$165,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
