Senior Manufacturing Technician Phase Assembly 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, disassembly, and installation of complicated components or equipment with rigid tolerances.
• Determine operation sequences and methods when specifications are imprecise or vague.
• Troubleshoot problems with material, parts, prints, equipment, or product; aid in implementing corrective actions.
• Confirm quality criteria is properly inspected, verified, and documented during manufacturing to ensure product meets specifications, tolerances, prints, and customer order requirements; identify and correct defects.
• Follow and comply with standard work procedures and sequence of operations to meet manufacturing standards for safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Perform TPM and scheduled preventative maintenance tasks on assembly, testing tools, equipment, and machines.
• Practice 6S and comply with all safety rules, guidelines, and safe working practices.
• Safely operate material handling and lifting equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, motorized scissor lifts, and work platforms.
• Assist in advanced training of new employees, including improving individual skills and developing training materials.
• Actively assist in troubleshooting and implementation of corrective actions.
• Assist other manufacturing areas as needed.
• Understand and work under the direction of Hyosung HICO policies and procedures.
• Know and discuss Hyosung HICO’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies, including their importance and impact on work.
