Work Schedule

Second Shift (Afternoons)

Ambient Conditions

• Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
• Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc. allowed
• Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)
• Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)
• Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Safety Standards

• Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards

Physical Demands

• Competitive Pay: shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions
• Ability to push, pull, lift and move up to 50 pounds and may be required to stand for extended periods of time while performing duties.
• Ability to squat, bend, and reach different items to complete assigned tasks.
• Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including work uniform, steel toe shoes, hair net, beard guard (when required), safety glasses, and gloves.
• PPE may also include a bump cap, face shield, and full/half-face respirators.
• Availability to work overtime and flexible shift patterns.

This position is based out of our Grand Island, NY site within BioProduction Group.

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $20.93–$31.39. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
