Senior Manufacturing Planner & CM Management

Your deep understanding of factory operations and inventory management enables you to anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills that help you track key performance indicators and optimize processes. Your leadership and communication skills foster effective cross-functional teamwork, and you are comfortable navigating both strategic and tactical aspects of manufacturing planning. You are motivated by delivering quality results, maintaining process discipline, and contributing to the success of new product introductions as well as the ramp-down of legacy products. With your experience in managing repair cycles, quality alerts, and consigned material, you bring a holistic view to manufacturing operations and ensure seamless transitions from design to production. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing production build plan forecasts with Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners
• Managing CM readiness and ensuring alignment with production forecasts and shipping volumes
• Facilitating communication and coordination of hardware movement from CM to third-party logistics (3PL)
• Managing Clear to Build (CTB) production readiness reports per monthly S&OP forecast releases
• Supporting management of consigned Synopsys material at CM factories
• Monitoring and planning production capacity to meet build forecasts
• Establishing and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure CM performance
• Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing challenges and ensuring operational effectiveness
• Collaborating closely with NPI Program Management for new product deployments and EOL ramp-downs
• Partnering with Operations Engineering to manage CARs, SCARs, and Quality Alerts at the CM
• Managing inventory movement, including RMAs and repair cycles
