We are seeking two Manufacturing Engineers to join our team in Weirton, WV. This position is 100% onsite and is contract-to-hire with a duration of 6 months. The schedule is typically standard Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional nights and weekends required during peak times.

• Must Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting automated assembly production environments (strong internships/co-op experience may be considered if launch experience is demonstrated).
• Experience supporting manufacturing line launches, production ramps, equipment commissioning, or new manufacturing introductions.
• Experience with assembly manufacturing processes such as welding, joining, fastening, leak testing, automated inspection, or similar electromechanical assembly operations.
• CAD experience supporting manufacturing equipment or line layouts.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, equipment drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Automated production line launch experience (this is the biggest differentiator).
• Hands-on troubleshooting of robotics, automation, servo motion, and assembly equipment.
