Senior Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

This position supports US Army programs and focuses on logistics, engineering, technical support, and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting multiple locations
• Working in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment
• Advanced manufacturing planning
• Understanding of military specifications and certifications
• Raw material selection
• Engineering change process
• Design modification
• Use of CAD/CAM systems and manufacturing process development

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• MA/MS in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited college or university with 8 to 10 years in a manufacturing environment supporting DOD programs
• 1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience
• 3 additional years of experience, and a BA/BS, or an additional 6 years of experience without a BA/BS may be substituted for the degree requirement

Desired Skills

• Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed
