Manufacturing Engineers

We are seeking two Manufacturing Engineers for a 6 month contract-to-hire position in Weirton, WV. Occasional nights and weekends may be required during peak times.

Must Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 2+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting automated assembly production environments
• Experience supporting manufacturing line launches, production ramps, equipment commissioning, or new manufacturing introductions
• Experience with assembly manufacturing processes such as welding, joining, fastening, leak testing, automated inspection, or similar electromechanical assembly operations
• CAD experience supporting manufacturing equipment or line layouts
• Ability to read engineering drawings, equipment drawings, and manufacturing documentation
• Automated production line launch experience (this is the biggest differentiator)
• Hands-on troubleshooting of robotics, automation, servo motion, and assembly equipment
