  • Design and optimize workflows across assembly, test, and packaging
  • Act as a key liaison between engineering and production, supporting operators in real time
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement root cause and corrective actions (RCA/CAPA)
  • Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Support NPI builds and transition products into full-scale manufacturing
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to ensure production readiness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering (medical device or regulated industry preferred)
  • Experience creating work instructions, PFMEAs, and manufacturing documentation
  • Hands-on experience supporting assembly, test, and/or packaging processes
  • Exposure to electromechanical systems or capital equipment
  • Familiarity with GMP or regulated environments
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward action

Qualifications

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

What Sets You Apart

  • Background in lean manufacturing / continuous improvement
  • Exposure to medical devices + adjacent industries (pharma, advanced manufacturing, etc.)

Why This Role

  • High-impact opportunity to shape manufacturing processes for new and evolving products
  • Direct visibility and collaboration with operators, engineers, and leadership
  • Strong growth potential into senior technical influence while remaining hands-on
