Senior Manual QA Tester

About the role

Senior Manual QA Tester position based in Cleveland, OH. Onsite work model, 5 days per week, full-time. The role focuses on manual and functional testing (80%) with some exposure to automation testing (20%). Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity; the range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations, with individual pay determined by work location, job level, and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Other forms of compensation may include annual performance‑based bonus, sales incentive pay, or other variable compensation.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testing.
• Execute end-to-end business process validation across integrated applications.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test data, and execution reports.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• Work closely with business users, developers, product owners, and QA teams.
• Conduct UI and API validation to ensure business requirements are met.
• Participate in test planning, defect triage, and release validation activities.
• Support testing in an onsite lab environment that simulates real-world business operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
• Strong experience in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End Testing.
• Experience testing web‑based applications.
• Strong defect management and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to validate complex business workflows across multiple integrated systems.

Qualifications

• Experience with POS, Order Management, Pricing, Inventory, or Fulfillment applications.
• Experience with Oracle X‑Store.
• Experience with IBM Sterling OMS.
• API testing using Postman or similar tools.

Skills

• Basic automation testing experience.
• Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation tools.
• Experience working with onsite
