What You Will Do
The Sr. Manager, US Commercial Business Planning and Analytics is responsible for shaping and operationalizing the new Integrated Business Planning forecasting model within the commercial organization and will play a key role in the company's forecasting and budgeting process.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise the organization's overall knowledge to help perform at the highest level through demand forecast accuracy
- Lead forecasting and analysis activities for the commercial function, working closely with leaders of Brand Growth (Marketing), Customer Development (Sales), and Finance as well as their teams
- Develop and report on key consumption, retail, and financial metrics, ultimately informing and improving financial forecasts
- Support the monthly business review process, including presenting and working with cross-functional Senior Leadership to report risks and opportunities and framing the overall health of the business
- Shape and scope the responsibilities of the team, supporting direct reports at both the manager and lead analyst level
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Candidates must demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be market-oriented
- Must possess demonstrated leadership and delivery of consistently strong results
- Prior People Management Experience Required
- This position requires up to 10% domestic travel
