Senior Manager, U.S. Commercial Training Pharmacy Automation

Responsibilities

• Adapt commercial training for the US market
• Own new hire readiness and onboarding execution
• Design and deliver high-impact field training sessions
• Implement manager-led coaching frameworks
• Integrate training into the sales execution rhythm
• Measure training impact and prioritize capability investments
• Synthesize field insights to inform global training enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 7–12+ years of experience in sales enablement or training within large enterprises
• Proven ability to deliver training with sustained field adoption
• Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
• Experience working with field sales organizations
