Senior Manager, Transformation

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide enterprise-wide transformation efforts that support growth, operational efficiency, and improved cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate will help simplify complex processes, strengthen collaboration across teams, and use technology-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and reduce manual work. This position also partners closely with leadership and external vendors to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and deliver measurable business impact.

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a transformation roadmap aligned with global growth objectives
• Lead key programs and remove silos to improve collaboration across departments
• Manage a Transformation project manager to ensure milestones and requirements are met
• Map and redesign complex processes to improve efficiency
• Implement AI solutions to support decision-making and reduce manual tasks
• Maximize ROI on existing technology while recommending enhancements to improve user experience
• Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in project management or business transformation, ideally within a global technology or cybersecurity environment
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity operations, digital trends, and change management
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce/CPQ, with familiarity in AI-driven tools
• Strong communication skills, particularly in data presentation to influence leadership and teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors
