The Senior Manager Transaction Tax at Performance Food Group is responsible for overseeing tax compliance and strategic tax planning initiatives across various business units.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for all business units, ensuring adherence to local and international tax laws.
• Develop and implement strategic tax plans to optimize tax positions and reduce tax liabilities.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on tax-related matters, including audits and disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax management or consulting.
• Proven track record in managing complex tax issues and providing strategic advice.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
