Senior Manager, Training Premium Experience and Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate training for all lounges, with a focus on luxury service standards.
• Create and execute standard operating procedures for premium experiences.
• Develop training guidelines and ensure their implementation across the portfolio.
• Travel approximately 80% across the country as needed to support lounges.
• Design and deliver learning and performance solutions that align with business goals.
• Use data to measure impact and guide strategic decisions in talent development.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results.
• Lead multiple high-impact initiatives with excellent time management and prioritization.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team in a culture of continuous growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to bring scalable solutions to life.
• Influence executive learning experiences and strategic development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years of related experience in talent development, training, or performance solutions.
• Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs aligned with business goals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and measure impact.
• Deep understanding of talent development, budgeting, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Flexibility to travel approximately 80% as needed.

Pay

Pay range: $100,130 – $129,580 per year. Incentive eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary. Compensation is determined by education level, years of relevant experience, skills, and training.
