About the role

Drive technology and data innovation within the Chief Accounting and Capital Office to enhance financial processes and decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams to implement new systems and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead initiatives that leverage advanced analytics and data science to improve financial reporting and risk management.
  • Oversee the implementation of new accounting and capital management systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and address technological challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in technology and data management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects involving technology and data management.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and data warehousing technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
