About the role
Drive technology and data innovation within the Chief Accounting and Capital Office to enhance financial processes and decision-making. Lead cross-functional teams to implement new systems and analytics tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead initiatives that leverage advanced analytics and data science to improve financial reporting and risk management.
- Oversee the implementation of new accounting and capital management systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and address technological challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in technology and data management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects involving technology and data management.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and data warehousing technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
