You Are You have spent a decade or more in the semiconductor world, moving from hands-on engineering into the harder work of making sure complex projects actually ship on time, on spec, and with the customer still trusting you at the end. You know that managing a Mixed-Signal IP or ASIC project is not about Gantt charts, it is about reading the room when a design review goes sideways, knowing which risk to escalate and which to solve quietly, and keeping five teams aligned without becoming the bottleneck. You have led other project managers, and you understand that mentorship is not about templates, it is about teaching someone how to have the hard conversation with a customer before the schedule slips, not after. You do not manage by decree. You build alignment across engineering, sales, and support because you have learned that the best project plan in the world falls apart if the field team was not part of building it. At Synopsys, you will lead a portfolio of semiconductor IP projects that matter, with a team that knows the difference between process for its own sake and process that actually makes delivery better.
