Senior Manager, Technical Program Management

About the role

Our TPM Sr. Managers lead programs that deliver on critical business goals and build large scale products & platforms. You'll be working in a dynamic environment where innovation and customer-centricity are key.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs with a strong technical background, ideally in building highly scalable platforms, products, or services.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery life-cycle.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Apply a quantitative approach to problem-solving and drive holistic solutions.
• Execute projects with a focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.
• Work collaboratively across different functions, organizations, and reporting boundaries to achieve business impact.
• Show emotional intelligence, active listening, and empathy towards teams and partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years of experience managing technical programs.
• Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in designing and building data-intensive solutions, 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services/architecture (preferably AWS), 3+ years of experience building highly scalable mobile products & platforms, 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery, and 3+ years of experience delivering large and complex programs.
• Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment.

• Mclean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management
• New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management
• Riverwoods, IL: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management
