Senior Manager Technical Product Management
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Define and drive the technical product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
Own end-to-end delivery of complex, solution-level, platform-level, or infrastructure products
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and engineering deliverables
Partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to design resilient, scalable systems
Drive prioritization of initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration
Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and enable data-driven decision making
Lead and mentor a team of TPMs, fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
Drive execution excellence in an Agile delivery environment
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- 8+ years of Product Management experience with a strong technical focus and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of people leadership experience managing TPM or PM teams
- Experience owning and delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs with data platforms, system integrations, and platform architecture
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and system design
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and distributed systems
