Senior Manager - Technical Implementation & Value Realization

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the technical implementation of new systems and services to drive business growth and enhance customer success. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation process from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product development, IT, and customer success teams to define and deliver value-added solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical projects and driving business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and service delivery models.
  • Knowledge of customer success methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
