This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the financial reporting process for US GAAP financial statements
- Facilitate financial statement reviews with external auditors and leadership teams
- Drive technical accounting research and documentation for complex matters
- Oversee preparation of accounting entries for significant accounting issues
- Coordinate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors
- Ensure effective SOX controls around reporting and technical accounting
- Prepare lender communication packages and coordinate with Treasury for requests
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or public accounting experience required
- 10-12+ years of relevant accounting and reporting experience
- Proficient technical accounting skills with understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting
- Hands-on experience with month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations
- Demonstrated experience in process automation or acceleration using accounting tools

Pay
$120,000 – $145,000 annually
