Senior Manager, Tax & Accounting

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a well-established professional services organization on a search for an Accounting and Tax Manager to join their team on a permanent, hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional coming out of public accounting who is looking to transition into an in-house role. The position will focus on partnership tax, partner compensation, and general accounting oversight, while working closely with senior leadership and external tax advisors. Responsibilities Oversee partnership tax planning, compliance, and reportingCoordinate with external tax advisors on tax returns, estimates, and K-1sManage partner compensation, distributions, capital accounts, and tax paymentsOversee general accounting functions, including billing, accounts payable, payroll, and reconciliationsSupport monthly and year-end close processesImprove accounting procedures, internal controls, and reportingProvide guidance to Finance team members and support special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5+ years of accounting experiencePublic accounting tax experience preferredKnowledge of partnership or pass-through entity taxationCPA preferred, or willingness to pursue certificationStrong Excel, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate complex tax matters clearlyStrong attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Compensation & Work Environment $100,000–$150,000 base salary, depending on experienceBonus opportunity401(k) matchHybrid work scheduleFlexible office location options within New England For immediate consideration, please submit an updated copy of your resume in Word format to Trevor Mallett at tmallett@kbwfinancial.com KBWMON KBW789
