About the role

We are seeking a visionary Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs to lead our recruitment strategy and team. In this leadership role, you will manage departmental operations, evaluate performance, and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects that foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and business growth across our 40 operating companies.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Talent Acquisition Program Management and Operations.
  • Lead and drive high-impact, cross-functional projects to ensure alignment across departments and successful implementation of enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Engage and collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to gain actionable insights, validate program requirements, and ensure that our talent initiatives are business-aligned and impactful.
  • Architect and provide strategic oversight for skilled trades, early career, and military talent programs to ensure a robust, future-ready talent pipeline.
  • Direct the strategy for high-level networking and partnerships with community organizations, academic institutions, and industry bodies to enhance brand influence.
  • Lead large-scale process transformation and program governance across 40+ operating companies to drive enterprise-wide consistency and excellence.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging workforce development opportunities to create competitive advantages through advanced programming.
  • Drive innovation by designing creative, scalable recruitment solutions that align with the organization's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Implement talent pipeline programs, including internships and referrals, to cultivate future talent.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to cultivate a high-performance team.
  • Champion organizational engagement, delivering ongoing feedback and mapping career advancement paths to ensure team synergy with strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older.
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent program development with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience working in a highly matrixed or similar organization, including leading the development of talent acquisition programs in a large organization.
  • Experience working with an ATS, with a strong preference for SAP/Success Factors.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel as necessary to support field operations.
  • Background in the construction industry.
  • Experience supporting corporate in-office/hybrid workforce and decentralized, deskless field operations.

Physical Abilities & Exposures

  • Routinely: Engage in standard office activities such as standing, sitting, and using computers for extended periods.
  • Occasionally: Travel domestically up to 25% to attend team meetings, trainings, and field operations.
