About the role
This is an on-site opportunity located at our Lake County Manufacturing Site. The Senior Manager of Site Supply Chain will plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of end-to-end supply, including raw material procurement, intermediate and finishing manufacturing, and associated inventory to ensure inventory levels are maintained within both supply and cost expectations while achieving delivery targets.
Travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supply and logistics activities to maximize efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.
- Oversee materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, production activity support services, intermediate supply management, and finished goods delivery.
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures.
- Allocate resources to meet targets across all areas of site planning, production activity control, and scheduling.
- Liaise with functional and operational area managers (e.g., manufacturing, quality, engineering, and R&D) to ensure supply activities are integrated with other parts of the business.
- Select and manage ongoing relationships with major suppliers, vendors, or sub-contractors to minimize costs and ensure satisfactory standards of service.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop staff to ensure resources are used effectively and work schedules and targets are met.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree.
- Minimum 7 years of work-related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Procurement, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Experience.

Pay
The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 – $258,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
