Scope We are seeking a highly analytical Marketing Strategy and Project Senior Manager to work directly with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer (CMCO), North America. This is a high-visibility and unique opportunity to sit at the center of marketing, helping shape how priorities are set, performance is measured, and strategic initiatives are executed. The role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, program assessment, analytics, and operations, bringing structure, insights, and execution rigor to the priority marketing programs and leadership initiatives. Ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and has experienced exposure to senior management. Key Responsibilities Planning and ExecutionPartner with the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, NA on marketing planning, prioritization, and execution across key initiativesDrive coordination across teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and strong follow-throughHelp manage high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentMarketing Strategy & AnalyticsAnalyze marketing performance across all programs to identify key insights, areas of excellence, trends, and opportunitiesConduct targeted analyses to support strategic decision-making and improve market effectivenessTranslate data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadershipExecutive-Level Storytelling Develop concise, high-quality presentations and materials for senior leadershipSynthesize complex information into clear, structured narratives and recommendationsSupport preparation for leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussionsIndustry Trends and Innovation Remain current on emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to marketing and communicationsContinuously identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency, and ways of working through new tools, smarter processes, and evolving ways of working Job Requirements 5+ years of experience in consulting, marketing strategy, or a highly analytical roleAbility to structure ambiguous problems and deliver clear, actionable outputsStrong communication skills and professional presenceComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high expectation environmentAble to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Education Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or related field). Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus For positions based in Illinois, the base salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
