Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations

What's the Job?

Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and launch new products, offers, and growth programs.
Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market leaders to define and execute strategic business initiatives.
Evaluate customer segments, market opportunities, channel strategies, and revenue potential.
Capture business requirements and systems enablement needed to operationalize new offerings.
Serve as a thought partner to leadership teams on growth strategy and business priorities.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business planning skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
