Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

About the Role

This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement for Open Systems and Cloud client work, including quotes and renewals
• Lead and develop a high-performance pod team accountable for revenue support
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on sourcing strategy and supplier risk
• Manage complex deal pursuits including bid strategy and margin optimization
• Align with the Vendor Management Office on governance and compliance
• Track and report on pod-level KPIs like cycle time and deal velocity
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain management
• 5+ years of team leadership experience in sourcing or procurement
• Experience supporting high-value IT deals and enterprise sourcing
• Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, matrixed environment

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $168,000 annually
