About the role

Flex is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships to launch, manage, and scale high-impact enterprise partnerships. This role is ideal for a driven strategic operator with a proven record of delivering measurable results through partnership growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Flex’s growth objectives to launch new strategic partnerships

  • Create joint business plans, financial models, and growth initiatives

  • Develop and implement a winning operating rhythm to maximize partnership value

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support, and Legal teams to execute and maximize impact

  • Manage and expand relationships with Flex’s largest strategic partners, fostering trust and long-term collaboration

  • Own day-to-day partner operations, ensuring smooth execution and communications

  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accountability

  • Design and oversee partnership go-to-market efforts, working closely with product, sales, and marketing teams

  • Develop and implement processes and frameworks to manage partnerships efficiently

  • Align partnership initiatives with Flex’s broader strategic objectives

  • Provide insights and strategic recommendations to continuously enhance partnership value

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of relevant experience in FinTech/SaaS business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, investment banking, or top-tier strategy consulting roles

  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling strategic partnerships or managing high-value strategic client relationships

  • Exceptional skills in cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and execution

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, capable of influencing at senior levels

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously

  • Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a proactive and flexible approach

  • Self-driven with an ownership mindset, committed to delivering measurable impact

Pay

The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) listed below:

  • OTE (NYC/Bay Area/Seattle): $192,000—$240,000 USD

  • OTE (Salt Lake City): $160,000—$200,000 USD

Schedule

This position offers a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work remotely. On-site expectations vary depending on location.
