What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end negotiation and execution of contracts for fiber deployment, construction services, and licensing agreements.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and hyperscaler expansion plans to build data-driven business cases for new partnerships.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align corporate strategy with current portfolio risks, infrastructure trends, and organizational capabilities.
  • Create and present financial models, market analyses, and briefing materials to senior management to assess the value of potential projects.
  • Track and manage all contractual obligations and ensure partnerships meet company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for new hyperscaler and telecom service agreements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • What You’ll Need

    • To be 18 years of age or older.
    • Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
    • 8-10 years of progressive experience in Business Development, with a proven track record of securing new business and managing multi-million dollar accounts.
    • Proficient skill in Microsoft and Google Suites.
    • Additional Qualifications: Experience in Sales or similar role is a plus, demonstrating strong sales acumen. Expert interpersonal and negotiation skills, with extensive project management and diplomacy skills. Proven ability to work with individuals at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally, in a positive way. Ability to work independently, with minimal oversight and/or guidance.
