Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives (ACNT Fundraising & Program Operations)
Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, ACNT Fundraising & Program Operations, you will lead the development and execution of a diversified ACNT Together Fund fundraising strategy while serving as a critical partner in program governance and operations for the organization.

What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of a diversified fundraising strategy, including annual fund, major gifts, corporate and foundation grants, raising more than $12M annually.
- Oversee the end-to-end ACNT donor lifecycle, building a strong pipeline and deepening relationships with donors and board members.
- Partner with ACNT leadership to align funding strategies with program strategy to ensure the organization’s financial health.
- Contribute to strong organizational governance through evaluation, impact measurement, and board-level reporting.
- Drive operational excellence by improving processes, and implementing systems (e.g., CRM, reporting workflows) across the organization.
- Serve as a key external representative, supporting board engagement and leading stakeholder communication to advance organizational priorities.
What you'll bring
- Proven fundraising leader with experience building and managing donor relationships, securing major gifts, and activating board members through introductions, co-solicitation, and give-get models.
- Strong analytical and operational background, using CRM systems, dashboards, fundraising analytics, and program evaluation data to drive decisions, measure impact, and align fundraising strategy with outcomes.
- Skilled at leading complex initiatives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments, influencing cross-functional teams, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leaders, boards, and partners in nonprofit, philanthropy, and employee assistance program settings.
Additional compensation
- Annual salary range: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations OR 7 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations.
- 4 years’ experience managing project teams in a matrix environment.

- Developing and managing project budgets for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations,
- Making public presentations,
- Master's degree in International Business or related field
Location
This position is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and requires regular in-person, on-site presence. This is not a remote position.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
