About the role
This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of finance and company strategy at a pivotal moment in RADAR's growth. As Senior Manager, Strategic Finance, you will work directly with the CFO and executive team on the company's most important and complex strategic questions — from how we price our product and enter new markets, to how we allocate capital and tell our story to investors.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives
- Own end-to-end strategic analyses on the company's most important questions — from problem framing and data gathering to modeling, synthesis, and recommendation.
- Support the CFO and executive team on a rotating portfolio of high-priority projects; operate with a high degree of autonomy and deliver with minimal hand-holding.
- Build frameworks that bring structure to ambiguous problems and enable faster, more confident decision-making across the organization.
- Customer Pricing & Unit Economics
- Assist with RADAR's customer pricing models, analyzing the relationship between price, volume, contract structure, and margin.
- Build and refine unit economics frameworks — CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin by customer segment — that inform go-to-market and product strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to stress-test pricing assumptions and identify opportunities to improve monetization.
- New Verticals & Market Expansion
- Lead market sizing and opportunity assessments for new verticals and geographies RADAR is evaluating.
- Build go-to-market financial playbooks for new vertical entry — modeling revenue ramp, cost to serve, investment requirements, and expected returns.
- Develop international market prioritization frameworks that help the company make disciplined decisions about where and when to expand.
- Capital Allocation & ROI Frameworks
- Build ROI models and investment frameworks that help the leadership team evaluate competing priorities and allocate resources to their highest-impact use.
- Develop business case analyses for major strategic initiatives — new product lines, partnerships, infrastructure investments, and headcount plans.
- Track outcomes against investment theses; help the organization build a culture of financial accountability around strategic spending.
- Fundraising & Investor Preparation
- Support fundraising processes end to end — financial model preparation, investor narrative development and due diligence support.
- Help develop and maintain the company's long-range financial plan and the financial story that underpins it.
- Help prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates, ensuring the financial narrative is clear, compelling, and consistent.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct in-depth market research to inform strategic decisions — sizing markets, benchmarking competitors, and identifying industry trends relevant to RADAR's roadmap.
- Synthesize external research and internal data into concise, executive-ready insights that sharpen RADAR's strategic point of view.
- Build and maintain a competitive intelligence function that keeps the leadership team informed on market dynamics.
