About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the Creator Finance team and help shape the future of Adobe's business through strategic finance and transformational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, turns financial insights into business decisions, and takes ownership of high-impact projects from concept to execution. You will play a key role in supporting key strategic initiatives, including Monthly Active Users (MAU) growth across our Web & Mobile applications. The ideal candidate combines strong financial skills with curiosity and innovation, using AI, automation, and collaboration to improve decision-making and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic finance initiatives across the Creator organization, including support for Lightroom Mobile and Photoshop Web & Mobile.
  • Drive long-range planning and scenario modeling to evaluate growth opportunities, investment strategies, and key business decisions.
  • Partner with leaders across Finance, Product, Product Marketing, Operations, and Corporate Development to turn insights into action.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses and recommendations that translate complex financial and business data into clear actions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled finance capabilities, helping teams modernize workflows, increase efficiency, and unlock deeper business insights across the organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning processes, including forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, performance analysis, and executive reporting.
  • Experience using AI to improve workflows, accelerate analysis, and uncover business insights.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and influence decisions across teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a track record of building trusted partnerships across organizations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with TM1, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Pay

The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,700 – $256,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

  • In California, the pay range for this position is $177,100 – $256,500.
  • In Washington, the pay range for this position is $155,500 – $225,300.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
