Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial, Site Security

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering - Commercial, Site Security to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will lead a commercial solutions engineering team supporting site security opportunities, with a strong focus on technical pre-sales, customer engagement, and deal execution. You will partner closely with sales, product, and executive stakeholders to shape technical wins and convert field insights into actionable product input. The position also involves building scalable team processes, coaching talent, and supporting complex customer environments that may include physical security, critical infrastructure, and UAS-related deployments. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $215,000 – $270,000 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of Solutions Engineers and a Solutions Specialist focused on site security. Plan team growth in alignment with market demand and pipeline needs. Manage team performance against sales quotas and conduct regular deal reviews. Define engagement strategies with the Solutions Specialist for complex deals. Build and maintain a technical playbook for site security solutions. Translate customer requirements into product development insights. Support executive briefings and customer engagements to drive technical wins. Qualifications 5-7 years in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in physical security or critical infrastructure protection. Experience in corporate security, GSOC operations, law enforcement, or military base security is preferred. Strong knowledge of physical security technologies, including VMS, access control, and video analytics. Understanding of AI and computer vision capabilities in security contexts. Experience with UAS deployments, including site planning and RF considerations. Familiarity with enterprise security review processes and InfoSec requirements.
