Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle related administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with HRIS systems and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for HR and a commitment to excellence.
