Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Global Forwarding Technology

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Global Forwarding Technology to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. In this role, you will lead software engineering teams responsible for modernizing and automating complex operational workflows. You will partner closely with business and technology leaders to shape technical strategy, improve delivery, and align engineering efforts with broader business outcomes in a fast-moving transportation environment. This position will also drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and practical engineering patterns that strengthen stability, security, and execution.
