Senior Manager, Software Engineering
About the role
Manage all development activities from start to finish, including monitoring system reliability and proficiency, suggesting improvements, and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design strategies for future development projects based on company objectives and resource availability
- Implement innovative technologies
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide technical oversight to your team
- Ensure projects are delivered according to schedule
- Find opportunities to improve development processes
- Build and/or contribute to a component library
- Work with Angular and design systems
- Write high-performance, reusable code
- Create an inclusive and accessible user experience
- Show critical thinking and advanced analytical skills

- Show system design and architecture experience
- Show knowledge of data structures and programming

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 12+ years of engineering experience with a strong track record of successful development and delivery of complex, enterprise-class software
- Recent experience in development, operations, troubleshooting, and managing teams
- Experience building and/or contributing to a component library
- Knowledge of coding and designing with Angular
- Experience using design systems to drive library design
- An affinity for writing high-performance, reusable code for components that will be used across an entire platform
- An interest in creating an inclusive and accessible user experience following WCAG compliance standards

Pay
The annual base pay range for this role is $166,875 - $250,312.50 USD.
Schedule
