Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance for direct reports
• Proven experience leading software development teams and delivering enterprise-level applications or services
• Strong software development background with experience in Java, web services, system integrations, and relational database platforms
• Demonstrated experience implementing significant systems, technology, or process improvements
• Ability to evaluate priorities and make resource decisions based on business value and available capacity
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, assignments, and technical challenges
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues
