Senior Manager - Software Development Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers with hands-on technical direction and mentorship
• Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring modern engineering standards are met
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to align functional requirements with technical solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in a managerial capacity
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and cloud platforms for software deployment
• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority, particularly in a matrix organization
• Track record of defining and implementing technology strategies in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Expertise in cloud platforms, distributed systems, microservices, and modern development practices

Pay

$106,605 – $284,280 annually
