Senior Manager Software Development Engineering

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex cloud software projects across multiple agile teams
• Own delivery timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure adherence to cloud-native development best practices, CI/CD, and DevOps
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiencies
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks and technical debt
• Provide oversight for cloud application performance, reliability, and security
• Communicate delivery status and risks to stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering and application delivery
• 5+ years as a full stack engineer (Java with Angular, React, or similar)
• 4+ years managing managers or leading large, distributed teams
• 3+ years delivering applications in a product model
• 3+ years experience with cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 3+ years in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
• 3+ years with BigQuery, Spanner or similar databases

Pay

$118,450 – $260,590 annually
