Senior Manager, Site Relationships and Engagement

The Senior Manager, Site Relationships and Engagement is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with oncology clinical trial sites while supporting successful study planning and execution. This role serves as a key connection point between site partners, clinical operations teams, and broader trial strategy functions.

About the role

• Shape strategic partnerships that improve clinical trial execution and accelerate access to innovative treatments.
• Lead site relationship strategies within oncology clinical research, working closely with key healthcare partners and internal teams.
• Drive engagement with high-performing clinical trial sites to improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
• Influence trial feasibility, site selection, and operational success by connecting site insights with business objectives.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders in a mission-driven healthcare environment focused on improving patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong oncology experience, proven relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to influence complex clinical trial strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, clinical research, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Previous experience working within an oncology clinical trial site, oncology site network, or similar clinical research environment.
• Strong understanding of challenges and opportunities related to CRO partnerships, site selection, feasibility, and study startup activities.
• Experience in oncology feasibility, site identification, clinical operations, or pharmaceutical research environments.
• Understanding of clinical trial design, recruitment strategies, regulatory requirements, and global site selection processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to support strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners at various organizational levels.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
