Engagement and Ownership Culture Senior Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Engagement and Ownership Culture Senior Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will shape and advance a company-wide culture strategy that strengthens employee ownership, engagement, and performance. You will lead enterprise programs and campaigns that build understanding, drive participation, and translate employee sentiment into meaningful action. The position partners closely with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to turn program results into insights that support organizational effectiveness. This is an opportunity to influence how culture and engagement initiatives scale across the business. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $106,000 – $157,000 annually Responsibilities Champion the company's ownership culture through targeted initiatives Design and implement programming for the enterprise culture pillars Oversee an idea challenge program, improving technology and reporting Coordinate education and training on the program for employees at various levels Prepare materials for executive discussions that translate program outcomes into actionable insights Lead enterprise engagement campaigns to boost participation in the program Conduct engagement surveys and analyze results to inform strategic actions Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, HR, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in program management, employee engagement, or organizational development Strong knowledge of ownership culture principles and performance improvement techniques Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide programs Excellent project management skills Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) savings plan with company match Paid family leave and generous paid time off, 17-27 days per year Flexible work environment with remote work options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
