Senior Manager Servicing, Home Lending Operations

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager Servicing, Home Lending Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead the strategy and execution of servicing operations for a home lending business, with a strong focus on process excellence, risk management, and regulatory adherence. The position partners closely with product and engineering teams to improve automation, strengthen controls, and enhance operational performance. It also oversees third-party servicing partners and helps ensure the servicing function supports investor obligations and a high-quality borrower experience. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for home lending servicing operations
• Oversee third-party servicing partners and establish performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on automation and process improvements
• Align servicing operations with regulatory compliance and investor obligations
• Analyze performance metrics to drive operational enhancements
• Provide expertise on mortgage servicing processes and operations
• Develop controls, reporting, and governance to mitigate risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in residential mortgage servicing operations
• 4+ years leading managers and operational teams
• Experience managing outsourced mortgage servicing vendors
• Expertise in mortgage servicing functions
• Experience partnering in a regulated mortgage servicing environment

Pay

$128,100 – $177,300 annually
