Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large datasets using Smarsh’s proprietary software
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams in project execution and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in data management and project leadership
• Experience with Smarsh’s data management tools and platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven track record of successful project leadership and team management
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
