About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze large datasets using Smarsh’s proprietary software
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in project execution and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in data management and project leadership
- Experience with Smarsh’s data management tools and platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful project leadership and team management
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually
